Power of Encouragement

I've got an insatiable appetite for encouragement and I bet you do to.

I believe that 'what goes around comes around', so send some encouragement around and see what happens. See if the world is a more encouraging place and if you don't have cheerleaders all over the place. But, it's got to start somewhere. Why not with you?
